Type In Ten Letter Forms

Project for Typographics I. Students were challenged to use type as form by composing the word "typography" in a new way. My project narrative represents the expansion of knowledge. The characters become more about form and shape rather than legibility. This emphasizes how ideas are greater than words written on a page; knowledge is abstract, unlimited.
