



Design I students were assigned to pick a museum that interested them and create a multi-media campaign that centered around a unique call to action. Cut-Out the Conventional immediately references Matisse's early work with gouache paper cut-outs. The only color – french ultramarine blue – quickly sparks the viewer's association with the artist. This work was featured in the School of Industrial and Graphic Design Show – Kaleidoscope – representing the Design I studio.
