Birmingham Zoo Poster

Poster Project for Graphic Processes. This project was based on the Dutch artist Hendrik Werkman and his experimental processes. Students were required to carve and print their own typography and to create a rubbing of a texture. My poster showcases the African Lion. I chose to emphasize the uniqueness of the lion's mane by layering it with type and texture.
